It is the inspect center authored by Chinese Commercial League (the former National Domestic Trade Ministry) ---- Quality Supervision & Inspect Center of Meat, Poultry & Eggs Foods of Chinese Commercial League (Beijing), and also the product quality supervising and inspect station authorized by Beijing Quality Technology Supervising Office-----Beijing Quality Supervising and Inspect Station of Food. 实验室于1993年首次通过国家和北京市技术监督局计量认证,并取得原商业部和北京市技术监督局授权,为部级检测中心和市级产品质量监督检验站。1999年通过计量认证和授权的复审。 The laboratory firstly passed the metrological certification of Nation and Beijing Bureau of Supervision on Technology in 1993 and obtained the authorization of inspect center of ministry grade and product quality supervising and inspection station of city rank granted by the former National Commercial Ministry and Beijing Bureau of Supervision on Technology. It passed the reexamine of metrological certification and authorization. 实验室拥有一支肉食品卫生、分析化学、兽医等专业领域具有较高理论水平和丰富经验的专家及技术人员队伍,其中技术人员占95%以上。拥有能够满足相关产品检测的气相色谱仪、高效液相色谱仪、紫外可见分光光度计和荧光显微镜等仪器设备40多台套,配备有严格的无菌检验室及保证仪器设备正常运转的恒温实验室,以保证检测工作的质量。 The laboratory has a team of experts and professionals with high theoretical level and abundant experiences in the field of meat food hygiene, chemical analysis, veterinary and so on. Among them, the professionals account for more than 95%.
